Six stages, all inside our plant. Pick a step to see what happens.
Artwork & fit check
We take your container, current sample or spec and confirm the lay-flat width, cut length and micron. Your artwork is checked against the pack so logos and text land where they should after shrinking.
Film extrusion
We extrude our own shrink film, so thickness and shrink behaviour start under our control, not a supplier's.
Printing
The approved design is printed on our latest-model 8-colour rotogravure press, keeping colour and registration under our control.
Slitting
The wide printed web is slit into individual lanes at the exact width your sleeve needs.
Tubing & gumming
Each lane is folded and its edges bonded with solvent to form a continuous, lay-flat tube: the sleeve that will later shrink onto your pack.
Cutting & packing
The tube is cut into individual sleeves or rewound as finished rolls, checked, packed and dispatched.

How is a shrink sleeve different from a wrap-around label?
A wrap-around label is a flat strip glued around a straight section of the pack. A shrink sleeve is a tube that shrinks with heat, so it can cover curves, shoulders and even the cap.
Will my artwork look distorted after shrinking?
Film shrinks more where the container is narrower. We review your artwork against the container at the sample stage so key text and logos sit on the flatter areas and read correctly.
Can a sleeve be tamper-evident?
Yes. A sleeve that runs up over the cap, or a separate neck band, has to be torn to open the pack, so any opening is easy to see.
Do you supply cut sleeves or rolls?
Both. Cut sleeves suit manual or semi-automatic application. Sleeves on rolls suit automatic sleeving machines.
What do you need from me for a quote?
The container (or its dimensions), the quantity, and plain or printed with the number of colours. A sample of your current sleeve is the fastest way.
